Payment Methods

Time to book! 

Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to ensure security for all parties involved. You can also use the payment methods listed below to send tips/gratuity!


Complete a Booking Form

Once a completed booking form submission is received, Rasa Vitalia will send you a communication via email and/or text to confirm receipt of the booking form. 

Confirmation of Receipt of Info & Finalization

Rasa will then confirm her schedule availability and work with you to confirm last minute details and pricing negotiations. 

Deposit/Payment Completion

After successful confirmation of these steps, you will then send a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This 50% non-refundable deposit allows the artist to make arrangements in her schedule, for travel timing and scheduling, supplies, preparation, time and other time and expenses that go toward your booking. The remainder 50% payment is to be paid prior to the event or upon arrival on site by the host prior to commencement of duties.


This completed booking form and deposit serves as the invoice. If you require further paperwork, please contact me.


Deposits and tips are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges.

 Refund exception: If artist cancels prior to event by force majeure, a backup will be provided or deposit refunded. (This has never happened, thank goodness!)
